Semerian has over 5 years’ experience in community development, girl education and social empowerment. Strategy, organization, plan, formulate and implement programs and upscale startup projects in the indigenous Maasai community. Semerian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Tourism Management & Marketing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Development Practice and a Masters in Social Policy from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. She is part of Australian Alumni Community in  Kenya.

Anniey is a graduate of tourism from Moi University. She currently pursuing a career in Virtual assistant services. She has a rich background in administrative and communication. She is enthusiastic about our mission and vision and she is motivated to continue supporting us.

Sian R. Sairo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Governance expert, a Business Coach, a Trainer and a Recording artist and a mother. She holds a Bachelors of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, a Master’s degree  in International Corporate and Commercial Law from Karnatak University and Master of Science in Governance, Peace and Security from the African Nazarene University. She is the Managing Partner at Sian & Mutua Advocates which is a firm operating in Nairobi and Oloitokitok, dealing with Civil. Criminal and commercial matters. She is also the Head of Strategy at Sairo Law Global, which is a Governance and Policy consultancy specializing in the areas of policy reforms and civic education. She runs a YouTube channel by the same name, “Sairo Law Global” which demystifies the Law for the General Public. She comes with exceptional experience in civil, criminal and commercial litigation, training, policy formulation and corporate governance. She believes in empowering communities through access to information, mentorship and sound leadership.

Naleke Konchela Alal is a community enthusiast with over 9 years’ experience in community based organizations and Non-governmental organizations in Kenya. She has served in various projects from initiation stages to designing, monitoring and implementation and project closure while managing a team as well as capacity building programs. Naleke has been humbled to learn and share her knowledge and skills in Australia and Kenya. Naleke pursued an undergraduate in Environmental Health Bachelor of Science from Curtin University in Perth Western Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from Kenya Institute of Management. She is currently a trainee in a self-development course and is part of the movement which aims to develop a person’s mind so that they can reach their full potential. She would like to dedicate more of her time to young women and youth empowerment through mentorship, coaching and increasing their access to economic, social and cultural rights.

Margaret Kamakey

Margaret Kamakey has worked in the tourism industry for over ten years dealing with local and international institutions. She is well traveled to Eastern and southern Africa and enjoys meeting and interacting with different communities. Margaret has since left tourism and joined the business field. She works directly with rural women throughout sourcing milk during drought season allowing them sustain their small businesses hence growing them economically. She is passionate about business and community work.

Phoebe Nelima Khagame

Phoebe Nelima Khagame is a highly resourceful project manager and administrative officer with over 7 years in the NGO world. She has a BSc. in Computer Science and currently pursuing an MA. in Project Planning and Management . Phoebe has worked on projects that advocate for improved practice and delivery of healthcare.

Sheila Byenkya

Sheila Byenkya is a certified project Manager (PMP). She holds a Bsc. Mechanical Engineering from Makerere University, and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. She started her career at Hima Cement Limited where she held several technical and commercial management roles for over 13 years. She led a number of transformation projects in commercial department and was part of the leadership team as Project Leader for the capacity increase projects. In 2018, Sheila joined ZEP-RE, a pan African reinsurer with headquarters in Nairobi and is currently the Head of Transformation and Project Management. In this role, she manages the strategic planning process and tracks execution of initiatives to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.

Angela is brand & marketing communication strategist with over a decade experience building and managing brands. She has contributed to the growth and success of different multinational/multicultural brands in the private and development sectors, executing relevant strategic and targeted branded campaigns resulting in; increased awareness, stakeholder engagement and fostered bilateral partnerships. Her career path has been focused on working with organizations in Kenya and Rwanda leveraging innovative approaches to create and implement holistic solutions that influence gender equality, access to education and health, behavior change as well as overall social impact through strategic cross-sector collaborations. She has provided social marketing technical assistance to impact led start-ups and capacity building training workshops for Community Based Organizations (CBOs).

Anne is a Project Management and Community Development enthusiast with a rich background in organizational governance and humanitarian work. She has over 18 years demonstrated experience in project management, providing strategic advice that has contributed to the development and implementation of policy initiative across a range of community, industry and financial programs. She has specialized in connecting partners in regional and rural development for education, young people, tourism, reporting and governance. She is a graduate of leadership training programs. She holds a Master of Business Administration postgraduate qualification and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Majors).

A development professional working in operations and program management especially in the children and youth sector in East Africa and Australia. Possess extensive experience as a leader who is able to mobilize teams to achieve goals by proper planning, creating a supportive work environment and leading in the development of appropriate systems and processes.

Patinaai Osim is a term of endearment, used by Maasai mothers preserved for their children, loosely translates to, “my little one who brings me joy”
